Memorial Investment Exchange
DeKalb
Memorial Investment Exchange (MIX) is a community development group affiliated with the “Lift DeKalb” Investments and Development Community Action Group for the Memorial Revitalization Project in DeKalb County. The primary goal of the Memorial Drive Revitalization Plan is to provide vision and consensus of business owners and the community. Our goal is to create a revitalization strategy for this important corridor with beautification, vibrant businesses, mixed-use development, and living wage employment opportunities. MIX envisions improving the quality of life and sense of community on and around East Memorial Drive where the community plays an active role in partnership with DeKalb County, future investors, future developers, etc. By doing this, our hope is to come together collaboratively in a way that builds a sense of ownership and pride within the community.
